Motorola Launches Razr 60 Ultra foldable smartphone in India

Motorola has launched its Moto Razr 60 Ultra foldable flip smartphone with flagship specs. It's a successor to the last year's Moto Razr 50 Ultra. We will cover all the important details in this blog.

Body. Design & Colors:

Motorola Razr Ultra comes with three different colors namely - Pantone Scrab, Pantone Mountain Trail & Pantone Rio Red. The entire body is made of metal with leather / Alcantara / Wooden finish at the back side depending upon the choice of color of the phone with its secondary display to view the content. The leather back which moto provides it gives very unique look and feel to these Moto phones compared to other brands which provides plastic or glass back to there devices.

Ram & Storage:

Moto Razr 60 Ultra comes with only 1 variant in India as of now. It has 16GB of RAM with 512GB of Internal storage. As far as type is concerned the RAM is LPDDR5X and storage type is UFS 4.0 this insures that all the task will be fast and smooth on this device.

Display:

Moto Razr 60 Ultra comes with dual displays one is full view display in when its unfolded and one at the back sider when device is fold/flip mode.

• Internal Display: Internal display which is main display is 6.9-inch AMOLED with Super HD resolution that 1224P with support upto 165Hz refresh rate. It also HDR 10+, Dolby Vision compatible along with 120% DCI P3 Color Gamut for color accuracy. Main display can go upto 2000 nits in High Brightness Mode (HBM) and upto 4500 nits in Peak Brightness

• External display: External display which is visible when the device is in fold mode comes with just 4 inch but this also has AMOLED panel with FULL HD+ resolution. This also comes with same 165Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI P3 Color Gamut for color accuracy. This external display can go upto 1500 nits in HBM mode while peak brightness is 3000 nits.

Battery & Charging:

Moto Razr 60 Ultra comes with 4700 mAh battery with support upto 68W fast charging. It also supports wireless charging upto 30W with compatible charger and also 5W reverse wireless charging to charge other compatible devices.

Camera:

Moto Razr 60 Ultra comes dual camera setup at the back and single front facing camera in the main screen when unfolded. However, user can you its rear camera to take selfies when device is in fold/flip mode. 

At the back there are 2 cameras primary one is 50 MP with f/1.8 lens with OIS & Pantone validation for color and skin tones. secondary camera is ultra-wide + Macro camera this one is also 50MP sensor

In the internal main screen there 12.6 MP sensor for selfies when the device is not folded.

In terms of video recording rear camera can record videos upto 8K in 30 FPS whereas internal main front facing camera can record videos upto 4K at 30 FPS

Speakers & connectivity:

Moto Razr Ultra 60 comes with dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos for tuning. It also supports Spacial Sound Qualcom & Snapdragon Sound.

For the connectivity it has 5G, Bluetooth 5.4 and Wifi 7. It also has NFC support for payments.

Software:

Moto Razr 60 Ultra comes with Android 15 out of the box with various Ai features, such as wallpaper generator, Catch Me Up (smart summaries of notifications), Remember this (memory recall) and many more options to explore. Also you have additional AI features from Google apps like Google Photos, Gemini.  It also comes with dedicated key to access AI features quickly. Motorola is promising 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of Android security updates.

Moto’s Razr 60 Ultra starts in India at Rs 99,999 for 16GB RAM & 512GB storage. Do note that Motorola is only selling this one variant as of now. This device is available for sell on Flipkart as well as Motorola India website.
